How do I return an item?
STUDIO Joy Li wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, please call 1.800.947.7676 for a return authorization and shipping/mailing instructions. You may return regular priced merchandise to us (*see exceptions) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges, however, we will pay shipping for exchanged items.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, or accessories. Shoes have to be returned in mint, unworn condition. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
